Over the last two weeks Leah Beniston shared the vision for the property formerly known as Dobbin and Mahuron, showing us the landscape plan design for the open spaces in this new neighborhood. The community, built by Pulte Homes and renamed Onyx, was a great success. Leah points out:
“Sunlight, fresh air and exercise are important. During our design phases, TTLC puts a lot of creative thought behind making the most of the outdoor areas. Here is an example of multiple outdoor spaces in two of our communities in San Jose, California, built out and sold by Pulte Homes. I’ve included the landscape plan and the real life, as-built pictures. People from all walks of life are living there now, celebrating birthdays together, the birth of new family members, the start of young households, or enjoying a first-home they have been saving for. The outdoor spaces serve 140 families and households, and I’ve personally observed these area teaming with folks enjoying them. The open spaces you see are part of a half mile of connect walking trails within the neighborhood and give opportunities for outdoor living and recreation for all residents and community members. We all can’t wait to get back to the outdoors with the ability to enjoy our communities the way we prefer.”
