A new TTLC success story shared by Leah Beniston:
Previously, I highlighted the outdoor amenities of The True Life Companies communities which have been built and are now in use by new homeowners. This week I am highlighting our most recent approval in Hayward, CA. This is our first mixed-use community consisting of 189 townhomes and condominiums, along with 10,000 SF of ground floor retail space on 12.5 acres. Although not yet under construction, I am once again pointing out the varied outdoor amenities we designed into this site. We have taken the opportunity to provide roughly a dozen separate outdoor experiences from a hillside overlook to roof top decks and a dog park that will have the best views to San Francisco Bay along this stretch of the Hayward hills. This site also includes a 1,100 linear foot trail that represents our portion of a larger trail system that will connect the hillside to the future Regional park to the north. The True Life is Real Life.
