The team at TTLC is excited about the new community envisioned at Eastlake, part of the Eastlake at 124th Station Master Plan. A true TOD community, the site is planned for townhomes, multi-family and retail. Our Regional Director, David Clock, recently took a few moments to record a short video that highlights the sites attributes and its convenient proximity to the FasTracks North Metro Rail Line (N Line). This train will allow commuters easy public transit to downtown Denver with just 6 short stops to Union Station.
